Let's discuss the best way to use this forum for a member check in....

We can start a thread in this section every determined amount of time (suggestions) and ask people to post a confirmation of membership, awareness of team activities the last few months, etc.

Once we determine the expectations of the check in I will send messages to team members to check in!

What quick questions to answer should we have...

~A link to the newest listing in your shop
~Affirmation of having read the team blog and know what we are up to
~Link to personal blog (So I can update the team blog!)


Anything else we might want to add?

I think this is a good idea. Lets us know who's actually keeping up with the team. I can't think of anything else for questions, but I'll be pondering it!

Sounds good to me and I can't think of any other questions to ask. I guess I need to go and study for the questions. . .

I would think that checking in every 3 months would be good...

Sorry for the confusion, I will be sending out request for check in this week to members who don't find it on their own and respond

We are up to 17 members replying to the membership call!

If you are in touch with any of the following members please encourage them to check in soon! When I start doing team contact I will only send stuff out to those who have check in until/or if we figure out a way to mass mail the whole team. The date is when I contacted them through Etsy convo.

More & more I am thinking I don't mind if they have EAST Team tagged items, Searches will locate a greater number of items and interest from searching buyers. Almost always better to have a good selection that a too small one... any opinions? I know this is a change from my original stance.

I agree with the East tagging- more is definitely better, plus it harms none.
